Wireless Complaints That Your Carriers
Might Be Milking You for Extra Bucks

Wireless complaints come in like it is raining cats and dogs. If you are like any number of people, you have a cell phone and probably cannot function properly without it. This is exactly how your wireless carrier wants you to feel.

Wireless carriers want their customers to become so dependent upon their products and services that they do not have any wireless complaints to being overcharged.

Unfortunately, this is the case as wireless carriers continue to increase and create new ways to milk you out of your hard earned money. Texting fees are just one of many ways that wireless carriers find to overcharge its customers.

It is hard to find a balance between either not texting enough or texting too much. This is where the customer is often overcharged.

If you don't go over your number of text minutes allowed by your plan then you are paying more for a service that you don't fully use. If you go over the number of text minutes allowed by your plan then the carrier charges you an outrageous fee.

Another cellular complaint wireless carriers milk you out of your money is by locking you into a two-year contract.

Anyone that wants an iPhone or has an iPhone is not even given a choice of carrier or contract term. Apple and AT&T are exclusive to one another and anyone who wants an iPhone must have AT&T as its wireless carrier and must enter into a two-year contract.

In addition, all iPhone customers are required to pay an additional fee of $39.99 for the wireless data plan; just another way to take away a customer's choice away and then rob them blind by charging outrageous fees.

Not only do they charge outrageous fees
but they overcharge for service.

Americans pay more for wireless service than most other countries. As a matter of fact, the United States is among the top three most expensive countries for wireless service.

So, besides all of the extra fees that you pay for texting, voicemail, and internet you are paying more for your overall monthly voice service.

Again, wireless carriers realize that consumers have an addictive need to be able to communicate and have data readily available. However, wireless carriers in the United States are in last place when it comes to rolling out new technologies.

Anyone who has a cell phone has experienced the poor quality of service from dropped calls to no service in some areas. Cutting-edge technologies are used in overseas markets but not in the United States.

For instance, in Japan, wireless customers regularly use cell phones that have 4G capability.

Now that we have reached the topic of cell phones let's discuss this cash cow for wireless carriers and cell phone complaints.

As is often the case, you sign a contract and they "offer" you a discount on the phone. So, you may be surprised to know that the "discount" that you are being given is not really a discount at all.

Most likely, the amount that you have been given as a discount is somehow being worked into the price of your plan. To make it even more interesting is customers have no way of truly verifying this because of the subsidizing of cell phones; just another method for wireless carriers to take more of your money and raining of cats and dogs of wireless complaints.
